This is a sine curve lid for a box. This is how
it was done.
Start with a series of staves.
Make a jig to hols all the staves while the
glue sets.
Glue staves together using the jig to give
the sine curve shape.
After about 30 staves this is what you get.
The final curve is created by shaping the
staves with a Dremel tool, files and
sandpaper.
